The values for one of my Pi 4Bs are

Code:

core   : 0.8625Vsdram_c: 1.1000Vsdram_i: 1.1000Vsdram_p: 1.1000V

The voltages are the same as yours.
Quite normal.
Another has a slightly lower core voltage

Code:

core   : 0.8500Vsdram_c: 1.1000Vsdram_i: 1.1000Vsdram_p: 1.1000V

Core voltage may vary with clock speed.
