Is this the same presentation on both the Raspberry Pi 4B and the Raspberry Pi 5?

Is there any way to rescue this problematic Raspberry Pi 5?

So is it 3+2 or 3+1 flash?

As above, try reflashing the EEPROM with a recovery SD card. Might fix it.
