- I take it there are other devices on the wifi that are working fine or is the only device? If the latter, is it close to the router?
The student is using Windows 10 or 11.
Powershell to SSH.
RealVNC for VNC
No other SSH or VNC on the network, or other devices to try. (I teach remotely)
