Troubleshooting • Re: Raspberry Pi 4B red indicator light from on to gradually off

Is anything on the board getting hot to the touch?
I didn't feel any noticeable overheating issues. After the red LED goes off for a bit, it comes back on (without any power cut), and that's when the system restarts.
It sounds like the power chip (PMIC) is shutting down, possibly due to overload on one of its outputs.
If it's an overload, what components should I check?
Short beep, or continuous tone?
The buzzer keeps buzzing non-stop. I couldn't find any info about this capacitor on the open-source schematic, so I reckon it might be acting up. If it's busted, what size capacitor should I swap it with to make sure everything runs smoothly? Image may be NSFW.
