Troubleshooting • Raspberry Pi 5 Won't Boot - 4 Green Long Flashes, 5 Short Ones (Fatal Firmware Error)

Issue Description:
My Raspberry Pi 5 does not boot and shows nothing on the screen. The onboard LED flashes 4 long green flashes followed by 5 short ones, which according to the Raspberry Pi documentation indicates a Fatal firmware error.

Steps Taken:
Attempted EEPROM Update: Used the Raspberry Pi Imager to update the EEPROM, but this did not resolve the issue.
Connected Serial Terminal: Connected a serial terminal to the UART connector and captured the following output:
