One thing that seems interesting is that it seems in these cases to roll back the time to the previous minute, when there is no good reason that the Always-On Timer should care about minutes. (The one case where the second is 1 is after the regeneration of the zeptoforth flash dictionary index, as new code was compiled to flash, which takes about a second.) However, from testing yesterday I saw cases where it was rolling back the time further; I was not able to reproduce that in my testing today though.
