Recently, someone else posting here had cheap Pico boards failing and those had an sot-23 LDO regulator identified as LR8323 with very bad specs. I too buy things like cheap breakout boards etc, but for parts like Pico [W] and MCUs, I always get them from a well-known distributor for peace of mind.
