No, there is no external pcie connector on the Pi 4.
Can we use case like Argon One 2 to connect it possible?
Honestly it is best to ask Argon.
You cannot use the one with the case, that needs an M.2. SATA drive.

A quick look and they do make an expansion for this, again it still just a USB3 adaptor.

Many other external drive cases can be used, often you do need to check it has a good NVME to SATA chipset, the argon one obviously should have.

It seems the Argon uses ASM2362 chipset https://www.martinrowan.co.uk/2023/01/a ... than-sata/
