Where did you get an Arducam UC-376 cable from? Was it sold as a Pi5 camera cable, or supplied with one of their camera modules that had a 22pin connector on the camera module?

I don't believe that the 15 to 22 pin cables are reversible, so if supplied to connect a camera with a 22pin connector to a Pi1-4 with 15pin connector, then I don't believe you can use it with a Pi5 to connect to a camera with 15pin connector. I'm happy to be proved wrong, but gut feel says not.

Edit: I found I had a UC-376 in my stack of bits. Comparing to the Pi 15-22 pin camera cable, they appear to be the same wiring.

Also please be aware that many Arducam cameras that have 22pin connectors want a opposite-sides cable. As Raspberry Pi haven't made a camera module with a 22pin connector yet, there is no standardisation, so you must be VERY careful to avoid effectively reversing the wiring to a camera.
