Beginners • usb webcam's mic connection problem?

Chromium Google search & translate show "no internet connection" on usb webcam's mic usage in raspberry pi bullseye and bookworm but ok on buster?

The webcam device is there as shown by:

Bullseye:

Error message: Can't connect to network.

the camera is ok on all version of os: Buster, Bullseye, and Bookworm and running on Raspberry Pi 4B 4GB..
