While you are waiting for attention there, have you tried the LITE variant of that OS distribution?

Perhaps it is at the stage where it tries to launch a graphical desktop on your low-powered restricted-memory device that it hits a resource limitation?

its a lite desktop version ... memory is 256MB ... the problem is not in device cos you know in download page is said that it is compatible for all models... also version without desktop runs normally so i think the problem is somewhere in desktop environment
You are running out of memory, real and swap. When available real memory is exhausted, "old" real memory pages are moved to swap memory which frees the real memory page. When swap memory is exhausted, the system becomes more sluggish and then stops.

The default swap memory allocation is 100MB and that is not sufficient to run the desktop Pios.

Increase the swap memory allocation by editing /etc/dphys-swapfile to increase CONF_SWAPSIZE to 2048, and then reboot.

Performance of the Pi with the desktop OS and only 256MB memory is going to be sluggish.
